Great stove… bag has split after 10 uses…
Great Stove, tough and heavy duty… we carefully ‘vegetable oil’ the stove to slow down the odd small patches of rust when we are putting it away… but you do have to suffer the smell of the oil burning off when you use the stove again. In our Robens Klondike tent we use an old fire blanket underneath the stove… and I think I’ll invest in a cheap telescopic blow pipe… when the wood is smouldering you don’t want to open the stove door to blow the embers into flame - as you’ll get lots of smoke in the tent. We use with a carbon monoxide detector for safety, but the monoxide alarm hasn’t gone off… yet! The only trouble is the bag… which has ripped along a seam after a year… I’ll try contacting Robens and see what they suggest.
