Microwave Food Storage Containers with Steam Release Vent, Dishwasher Safe Red

These Sistema Microwave Food Storage Containers are great! We eat out a lot and the styrofoam to go boxes were always mounting up in our trash. So far I have ordered 3 sets because we don't always eat leftovers immediately so this works for us. They travel well and look nice when taking them out in restaurants, they store nicely in the refrigerator, and heat food up great in the microwave and clean up great in the dishwasher! Just remember to snap the steam release vent when traveling and open the steam release vent when microwaving. These containers are made in New Zealand where they are very conscience about the environment and food safety so I feel a bit safer using this microwave product after reviewing other similar containers. Price was great, too! Highly recommended!

These containers are game changers. They are sturdy and being able to control how it vents when you reheat food makes a huge difference. I always use these for reheating pasta and rice based dishes. I wish they could be more easily store when empty. The same size containers won't nest into each other but that's a small price to pay.

These are nice containers for lunches or fridge storage...whatever! Vented top so no overdressed when heating in the micro. Good quality plastic. No issues.

Microwave & dishwasher safe. Surface is easy to wipe, The best lid out there, liquids hardly spill, holds the harsh travel even when shooked aggressively. The red stays red over time no visible change compared to my older ines. Leftovers stay fresh. The plastic won't warp. Downside, not stackable. I have other models and I will always choose this brand over any other.

Perfect for middle school student lunches and hold up well after dishwasher and microwave use. My student takes leftovers from dinner the night before and can heat up lunch in classroom microwave.

I got the 4 pc. (2-17.7 oz and 2-42.2oz) set in red. The small ones nest inside the larger ones. I love Sistema and these new additions to my collection. It is a reputable brand and is long lasting. These sizes are perfect for leftovers, whether or not you need to microwave the contents. Perfect sizes for storing cut up fruits and/or vegetables. I highly recommend this set and this brand.

This is a great set. I use them all the time to cook vegetables in the microwave and to reheat food. The stem vent in the top can be opened or closed. The lids stay firmly in place. Their size is good for one or two portions of food. They are good for a one or two person household.
