Pure LYFT, Clean Caffeine, All Natural Original Vegan Pre Workout Energy Drink Powder (6 Sticks)

First, I have to say that I love this product! I don't drink coffee. Never have. Instead, I had a terrible addition to energy drinks for years. I could easily drink 4-6 cans a day at one point and I was jittery and angry and my skin was always flushed with hives. Bad, bad, bad. I found PureLyft one morning at a bookstore coffee shop while on vacation in 2017 and I stirred it into my tea. From that point forward I've used PureLyft instead of energy drinks. I enjoy one stick in the morning and that's it! The caffeine kick is not jittery or jarring. No palpitations. It's not a rocket lift-off, but more like an enjoyable entrance to a good day. The best part? No more energy drinks!!! The taste? Well, it tastes like a tiny hint of aspirin. It's not unpleasant or overpowering. In fact, if it bothered me I would try the flavored sticks, but that barely-there flavor isn't a deterrent. I truly do like this product and I often whip one out of my purse to share with friends and colleagues as a "must try" product. So why not 5+ stars with balloons and confetti? I must have gotten a bad batch this last time because some sticks do not have the normal amount of powder in them. Yes, I pop the cap and peel the sticker. Yes, I stir the stick into hot tea that would easily dissolve any clumping from humidity. This morning I got another one that was a little low, so I used a thin wire to try to poke the product out of the stick. Nothing. The next stick was fine, and indeed most are, but this last batch had maybe 1 out of 7 or 8 sticks with little to no product. Am I going to stop buying PureLyft? No. I really do like the product and I will stand by it. Will I bump up the stars with the next batch that's perfect again? Yes. I'm just disappointed in the last 24-pack I bought. :-(

As a Lyft and Uber driver, finding caffeine without sugar is a constant challenge. Starbucks makes a sugar free cold coffee and there is a sugar free tea but 90% of the time you can't find them. These sticks are perfect, drop one into a bottle of water and off you go. The taste is nice but very faint--which I like. The last thing you need on a 12-hour driving shift is something strong and sweet--after a while, it makes your mouth taste like the bottom of a birdcage. Plain water, however, is perfect. (add) Recently, pureLyft has changed the sticks with a "pour" option which is nice. I still have to throw the block thing at the top away (I can't see it's purpose) and the Pour covers come open in the bag and the caffeine mix apparently sifts away because I can't find it. I would like a double dose version and one that has a sharper taste (more like coffee) but I still love these things.

I really like this product and use it regularly since I stopped drinking diet soda. It is effective, the taste is good and the portability is great. The packaging is not perfected. I have received packages with open tubes. I brought a bunch of these, in the closed package, on a motorcycle trip and the vibration emptied every one of them without the caps actually coming off. I recently had these with me in my unairconditioned house and every single stick in the unopened package had absorbed too much moisture to come out. Yes, of course I got the product out but not as it was intended. I always dump these in whole and can't imagine using the stirring aspect of the packaging anyway. I would be very happy to see these in paper packets like sugar. Maybe it would even reduce the price some. I suppose it wouldn't kill me to drop the caffeine...

LYFT Energy Sticks are a novel way to deliver a caffeine boost. While the advertisement claims that each stick contains 120 mg of caffeine ( 30 mg less than a tall Caffe Americano at Starbucks or 95 mg less than a small Dunkin Donuts brewed coffee), I don't feel as jittery with the LYFT as I do from Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. This might be due to the difference in the caffeine source (LYFT claims their caffeine comes from a "green coffee extract" along with some added vitamins) or possibly the stick does not deliver the entire 120 mg of caffeine. The directions instruct you to stir the stick in a drink for 10 seconds, but after 30 seconds there was still substance contained in the stick. Maybe the substance dissolves better in hot liquids than in cold. In any case, I did get a gentle jolt without feeling jittery. For people who don't like the taste of a cup of coffee or who want to avoid energy drinks or who want the convenience of not having to carry around a container of coffee, LYFT is a good alternative with a pleasant if not nearly undetectable Stevia after-taste. Four stars because the contents of the stick do not entirely dissolve.

This is amazing! As a big fan of all things caffeine I ferlt that I HAD to try these. Guess what, they were great! I have been drinking caffeinated water for over 20 years and have even tried to make my own... which is how I know that these are quite good. Most powdered caffeine I have tried has been bitter and quite noticeable, this has a slightly sweet aftertaste but that is all. The price is much more reasonable than other caffeine enhanced products as is the ease of use. On a 1-10 I give these an 8...would be higher except for the aftertaste. Still love these and will be ordering more!

Super cool! Very easy to use and the packaging looks so sleek and modern. The caffeine didn't hit you very hard. But It did keep my energy up. The taste was very pleasant. Very light. Slightly sweet.

Hate to bring down a start up company, but these don't do anything. All for trying something new, but these just have very little substance, and do nothing.... not even a kick.... Idea is okay... I thought it was a straw too, but at least produce a product that works.

Absolutely love this product. Perfect for helping me get through the mid afternoon slump during work and the new pop & pour feature makes it quick, easy and mess free to use. People in the office saw me using it and raved over what a great idea it is, especially for other co workers like me who aren't coffee drinkers it makes for the perfect alternative!
