Serving size 2 Tbsp.(30 ML). Calories-0,Total fat-0, Sodium 110mg., Total carbs-0, Protein-0.

Q: How can I return this product if half the bottles showed up broken because they were not wrapped properly?

I have no idea. Take a photo and submit. They will most likely just replace it.

Q: Why does the recent change in the syrup taste so bad to the other formula?

I don't know why the new formula tastes so bad compared with the previous formula but it is really disappointing. Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup used to be one of my favorite guilty pleasure. Everyday I'd would put some in my coffee for a low carb & calorie morning treat. The new formula change makes it almost as thin as water and being that thin seems to reduce the flavor too. I've stopped buying Walden Farms Choc Syrup. I've switched to other brands even if they do have some carbs & calories.
