They're very nice and well made, but the mesh is *very* small. Smaller than I really need or want it. I mainly got them for sifting flour and the mesh is so tight, you really have to shake it. I didn't realize this until I'd already filled it. It was too full to shake as vigorously as needed without making a mess. I had to use a spoon to push the flour through until the level was low enough to shake.But I do really like them. I'll just have to sift in batches from now on.

Great set in 3 different enough sizes to prove useful for all of my straining needs. The middle one is perfect for making ice tea and straining all the loose teas as I pour the concetrate right into the pitcher. It fits perfect on the top of the opening. I find uses for each size and they're sturdy and easy to hold.

I bought this because I was trying to figure out a way to clean my French press coffee maker. I put the medium size inside the large size and put water inside the used French press carafe. I dump the entire mix into the two sieves, rinse and repeat until all grounds are cleared. Then I dump the grounds into the trash after they drain in the sink or bowl (whatever is more convenient at the time). These are perfect for sparing the drain a coffee ground catastrophe. They are more sturdy than I expected.I tried using the small one as a new way to make coffee: put new grounds in the small sieve and dip the bottom of the mesh in a cup of boiling water. It doesn't work. Grounds were all through my mug. But it does work to keep used grounds out of the sink. I might buy another set. I'm thinking of doubling the medium sized instead of putting the medium in the large. But we'll see.

I ended up getting this 3-pack because the deal was better than just buying a large one, and haven't used them much, but this is a great product. Not sure what I'd use the smallest one for? It's so small!

Love these different sizes. I have used the small on to skim fat off the top of soup after it has cooled. Used to have plastic ones and was always afraid to drain hot items. These will work great.
