I installed this decoder in a Bachman N scale steam locomotive with headlight and it works well after modifications to isolate the motor and LED.

Great little Decoder, replaced Bachmann decoder that kept failing.

This was my first attempt into DCC. Install this in an old bachmann F9, has to cut out a section of the frame to fit the decoder. Follow the instructions and watched dozens of youtube videos on installation. Was very happy the first time I try it and it ran perfectly. However the very next day, it stopped working, nothing, not even lights, did not run on DC either. Send it back to Digitrax and am awaiting what is next.

Item was non-functional out of the box. Only one of the light functions worked, the motor control did not work. Shame on me

Required to moderize my N-Scale collection.

I bought this decoder to place it in an FT unit built by Micro-Trains for NRAIL folks. It works perfectly.
