This is generic Frontline, so if fipronil still works for your pet, this will too. I buy either Sentry or Pet Armour, whichever is cheapest at the time, for both the 65 lb dog & indoor cat (because ppl & dogs can still carry them in). They both contain fipronil and work fine here. However, word at the dog park is fipronil has been around so long & used so heavily (long proven safe, one reason I feel fine using it) that it's starting to lose its effectiveness. No idea if that's true or chewable propaganda, but I'll continue to use it as long as it continues to work for our pets. It will leave a temporary white residue on our black dog, but that's no big deal imo.

This product is really great and I can't say enough good things about it. It does an excellent job of killing fleas and ticks, which is such a relief. I was also impressed by how fast-acting it is. There are a few reasons why I really like this treatment. It kills fleas and ticks effectively and I appreciate the 3-month supply pack. Also, its fast-acting property is a real bonus. However, there are some areas for improvement. The price is a bit steep. Also, the packaging could be better and more size options would be appreciated. On top of that, the application process could be easier and the duration of protection could be extended. But in total, it's a worthy purchase for pet owners.

This 2024 summer has been a beast for fleas. I have two 50lbs not so bright dogs and I tried a lot of stuff already this year. The home remedies that I know of by far were the worse at not helping. I actually just tried a 3 month supply which I think is intended for one dog and spilt it just to see and with in a few days idk if it killed them or repelled them but it actually worked and worked really good for my dogs and the fleas are a serious problem in the south this year and I'm very satisfied and now that I know and aslong as the fleas don't build up a tolerance I will be ordering this particular product bf I try anything else. I was always told that "if it works, don't fix it" so I think I'll stick to what I know.

The shipping speed was great and product was easy to use. There was a mild smell, but nothing harsh. This did not kill the fleas on my dog. This product did not work on my cat for the cat product either.

Gave both my boys a bath, the next day after they were good & dry, o did their flea treatments. 5 days later, I was playing w/my pit & scratching his "crazy spot" to get him wound up (right where the tail joins the body) , and 4 fleas came out. I thought maybe it needs more time, maybe they're still dying off. We had just got back from the coast & he loves to just lay in our yard, under the porch & on the beach so, I thought that may be part of the problem. 1 week later I was loving on him when, 1 flea jumped on my arm but then I managed to get 2 more off of him. My other baby has seasonal alopecia so, significantly less hair, he also has darker skin but is a red fawn color. He never seems to pick up as many, or they just don't try to stay w/him. We give them treatments monthly but didn't start using this brand until late June. The 1st time I excused it b/c they do like to be outside anytime I am which is at least 12 hrs a lot of time more per day. Most of the time they are chilling on the back porch as it's cool concrete & shaded but, they do like to get a donkey roll in the grass daily. However, that has never been a problem w/the previous brand. So, I thought maybe it was a bad batch. After the 2nd order produced the same results. We will definitely be going back to the old brand.
