Very nice board.

Purchased this item during a phase of sourdough bread making, but then gained 5 lbs and that was that... I used this once, and it was fairly decent quality but not the heavy-duty cutting board I imagined. It's mid quality and the crumb screen fits very tightly, so getting it in/out is not impossible but not super easy either. You might want to use it on a dish towel if your countertops are stone, as it slides around. Its bamboo, and I like that it comes from sustainable resources - always a plus. Bamboo is known for its hardness and durability, and of course, renewability. The size is perfect for a round boule but not long enough for a baguette. I'll update this review after some use.

I love using this to cut loaves of bread. The crumbs fall through the cracks. It makes it easier to cut bread than a regular cutting board. It also looks pretty on the counter with a fresh loaf of bread. Easy to clean just run some water on it and dry.

I don’t usually write poor reviews, but the quality on this is beyond bad. They don’t seem to have used glue. The bread cutting rack is warped. In this state is basically useless.

This is the second one I purchased. I bought the first one about 4 years ago to keep next to toaster. It helps keep the toast crumbs in one spot when it comes to clean up. Liked the first one so much, I decided to get a second one because the 4 slice toaster on the short end of counter sometimes makes a traffic jam.

I just didn’t like the fact that the board is not too deep for the crumbs to fall into and the top cutting part is not the full size of the bottom board. Otherwise the wood and style is very nice, unfortunately I had to return it.

Beautiful bamboo bread board. Well built and functional from my point of view.
