Excellent flosser
Works as well as the electric units for me, and a lot less messy. I fill it with mouthwash, and it flosses and refreshes after brushing. Takes up little room on my counter and no electric cables.

A Manual Water Flosser
Not enough pressure when pressing the button on the flosser. It is only good for removing easy to remove dirt on teeth, but for actually using it to floss, it won’t do the job.It is not battery-operated, so you have to rely on the small button that releases a pressure to push the water on the nozzle. 1/5Looks like the material used is from a cheap plastic that has lots of spaces in between. Chips easily. 2/5Light weight and very easy to carry around. 5/5Comfort would be 1/5 because it won’t really take out the stuck part in teeth that needs to be flossed out.You get what you pay for with the price. I would opt for an actual flosser or a quality water-flosser. 1/5

It works!
This water flosser is exactly what I was looking for. It works very well, but is not damaging to dental work as some of the electric flossers can do. I am very happy with my purchase, well worth the cost,

Actually not as good as I expected it is a hand pump it’s not electric easy to clean kids like it to spray their gums and teeth so made flossing fun for kids

It doesn't shoot water very well and does NOT help with tonsil stones
Though there are tons of reviews on here saying this water flosser is great for tonsil stones, it is not. My daughter has had tonsil stones for a few years now, and she thought she'd finally get some relief. Nope. There is no steady stream, and the water pressure is a joke when it comes to tonsil stones. It's like someone kinked a hose. It doesn't work well at all for this intended use, and we wish would have known ahead of time, but so many reviews on here say it does work for tonsil stones. I just don't see how, unless theirs are less severe than my daugher's and looser stones.

Wack
This thing sucks ass for if you need to really get in your teeth. This would be good for rinse but not actually getting up in there. The water pressure is weaker than a toy water gun. Thats what I get for being cheap.
