Easy to use
There is a bolt to adjust the fit, one of my batteries had smaller posts than the other, and one battery had different sized posts for - and +Once adjusted they are easily pressed down onto the post until they grip (wiggle from side to side a bit as pushing down). I was running two 950AH batteries in series to power a small 24V pump, and the link wire and both pump wires were all connected with these terminals so it was easy to rig and unrig the pump.Ran for several hours in two locations with no problems at all, and much better than using crocodile clips which have a habit of slipping off.Note one other review: if your battery has very small posts you may not be able to get these tight enough to fit.

Used for small off grid solar system
Used for linking a few old car batteries on my budget off grid solar system, not sure how the quick release works but that is not why I purchased them so not a worry, just a observation. They tighten up ok to the terminals and hold my wire ok, so do what a want them to do, and for that I am happy with them, so yes if you need good value terminals, won't go far wrong with these.

Good easy to use
A tiny set back being the rubber topper cap gets hindered but no loss really and I honestly found them secure and good fixture

Item Not As Described
I don't see how these are "quick release" connectors as they need a spanner or equivalent tool to loosen/remove.The rubber flip-top cover is of little to no use and serves no purpose other than aesthetics.Yet again, more money wasted "taking a punt" on my Amazon orders.I would challenge some of the other reviews on this.Happy to change my review if I'm wrong, but to let "quick release" means they should detach without the need for a tool.

Not so positive review
The clamps are cheap and nasty to say the least. They are made of very flimsy metal and do not fit normal car batteries well esp the negative side. One set fitted on my leisure battery but again the metal is flimsy and would not recommend them for application were the could be knocked. Will not buy again and going to return for a refund.
