I cannot recommend the RESTCLOUD Neck and Shoulder Relaxer enough! I’ve been struggling with neck pain and TMJ discomfort for a while, and this device has been a total game-changer. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after just a few sessions, I could feel significant relief.The design is incredibly ergonomic, and the way it matches the natural curve of the cervical spine is spot on. When I lie down on it, I feel like it’s gently stretching my neck and shoulders in all the right ways—providing vertical, horizontal, and curvature support to really release tension and help with spinal alignment. It's like having a mini chiropractor at home!I’ve been using it for about 10 minutes a day as recommended, and I already notice less stiffness in my neck and shoulders. It’s lightweight but sturdy, and I can comfortably use it on the floor, yoga mat, or even outdoors. The foam is dense enough to provide good support without being too hard, making it very comfortable once you get used to the shape.It’s important to follow the instructions and take it slow when first starting out. At first, I did feel a bit of discomfort as my neck adjusted, but nothing painful—just a little tightness as my muscles were realigning. After a few days, I was able to use it for longer periods with much more comfort. I purchased this device about two months ago to correct my posture, which was contributing to problems with my shoulder. Initially I found it very helpful. It was comfortable to use and I noticed improvement in my posture. However, about a month ago I stayed on it for a longer period of time, probably around 10-15". Since then I have been experiencing an increasing level of vertigo, to the point where I cannot walk without holding onto something or someone. After contacting a family member who is a chiropractor, I learned that this is due to a shift in the crystals in the ear canal and is correctable by using the "Epley maneuver." Hopefully that is the case. She also said that this device should only be used by someone who is receiving regular chiropractic adjustments.FOLLOW UP: I posted the above review on 9/4/23. The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.
