Bose Acoustic Wave Music System II - Graphite Gray

I can’t believe this is not new. First off it was shipped very securely but not in a standard Bose cushion. This was the only clue it was not new. After unwrapping it looked immaculate. All of the accessories were there along with the instructions. I set this up on a 5 CD disc changer so when it was assembled it looked amazing. Everything works perfectly and the sound is unreal. This is the first Bose unit I have owned. I had to downsize going into senior living and keep my sound more under control. Gone are the days of my 9.2 home theater and now I was lucky enough to find this company that preforms these miracles with used Bose Wave systems. They do incredible work and I am super impressed with my purchase. I don’t believe I could have found a better quality unit with a guarantee and customer care. If you are looking for a Bose Wave, check these guys out. They do amazing work for a reasonable price.

I purchased my Acoustic Wave System used in May 2025. It arrived well packed and frankly, didn't have so much as a scratch on it. The CD player was so clean I figure it must never have been used. I already own 4 other smaller Wave Radios. I had one that died.....after 30 years...not too shabby. The sound this produces is very different from the smaller wave radios. It is a cleaner sound and the bass doesn't boom as much, but is quite clear. The mid-range and treble are incredible. I set this up in a corner of my living room, but am still tinkering with its positioning because it really does affect the sound. It is also interesting, but a bit frustrating, that it for all of these units, none comes with any date of original purchase. It s like getting a used car where you don't know the model year or the mileage. Can someone enlighten me. Is the date of manufacture on the unit ....on the bottom panel, perhaps? Oh yes, I also found a schematic of the sound channels within this unit. The woffers seem to have different porting as far as the length of their wave guides. I paid about $430 for my unit and got just what I wanted!

Extraordinary sound quality as expected from BOSE Products! I was hoping it was a multi CD player. It wasn't clear that it was a single player. But the quality is great.

We bought this Bose unit primarily to play our CD's (yes, we are older folks). Initially, the CD would not advance the tracks using the remote or keypad on the unit. I contacted the seller and they recommended that I clean the lens of the CD player. I did this and it fixed my issue. The only reason I gave the overall rating of 4 stars is because I would have expected the lens on a used unit to have been cleaned before it was sent to me by the seller. Still, I appreciate the recommendation from the seller on the fix. Thank you.

Completely trashed. Broken pieces rattling around inside the case. Useless generic remote. Returned immediately as a waste of my time.

I typically do not buy refurbished products, but since the acoustic wave music system ii is no longer being produced I thought I’d check into this one rather than buy a straight up used one. I also never write reviews. But this is worth taking the time to share. I liked that a phone number was provided and called to ask my questions. The customer service was outstanding. They are Bose specialists. I was told all parts that can be updated were, including a new battery which was a concern buying a used model. Not only was Mark able to answer all of my questions, he was very personable and friendly. I was confident that this was the Bose to buy and was 100% happy with the purchase. I had this stereo before and knew what to expect. The product was in excellent shape. The sound is great Bose quality. The shipping box was strong and professionally packed, and after traveling cross country was still in perfect condition. Included was all items said to be, plus some extra hookups and cds. The manual was new. I am thrilled with this purchase and so happy to have this stereo back in our life after our other one was stolen. You can’t beat the sound for outdoor and large areas and the radio with the antenna picks up our local stations perfectly indoors. And we live in an area with poor reception for everything. If you are interested in purchasing from this company, call them , I highly recommend it ! And they provide tech support and a warranty!!
