Absolutely worth the money!
This is an incredibly effective cleaning device for things like mouthguards or small overdentures such as Invisalign braces or Snap-On-Smile. I bought two of these to keep my Invisaligns clean. Some of the comments I'm seeing here could be concerning if you didn't understand how these things work. Not only do they use UV but they create ozone which has a particular odor that some people are not used to. I pop my oral appliance in the u.v. container, wait to 10 minutes and then when it's done I take it out and rinse it off with a little bit of toothpaste and a light scrub, takes a few seconds. There's a coating of ozone that gets stuck to the outer part of the plastic from the die-off of bacteria oxidizing and remaining on the surface and that's what creates the flavor and odor that people are talking about. There's nothing more effective for disinfecting than u v. and ozone. The other thing that I'm seeing people comment on here is the issue about the light burning out. UV lights do not burn out or go bad unless they are crushed or physically broken open. These units have a magnetic switch and the magnet on the inside of the lid sometimes slips causing the magnet in the lower part of the case not to make contact. If the two magnets don't pull together closing a circuit then the machine will not turn on. It's a safety device to prevent burning of the eyes or skin. After hitting the power button, I just lightly knock on the underside of the lower left corner and typically the UV light turns on. Definitely a design flaw and I have reported it to the company. They need to glue these magnets in place because they come loose and even just a little bit of distance that shouldn't be there will cause the unit not to turn on because it thinks that the lid is open. For the price these are awesome. I bought some others a couple years ago that were almost $100 a piece and these work way better. Worth the money for sure.

Great gadget, but tough on batteries
The Dazzlepro Clean Case Uv Dental Sanitizer is a great gadget to have as a regular way to sanitize a night guard. The science behind how it works makes sense regarding bacteria removal so I believe the product works and beneficial. The downside is how fast it drains batteries, but that's understandable. I would prefer it to have a cord, but I understand that it could be dangerous around water/moisture and I have limited open plugs in the bathroom anyway. I use rechargeable batteries that last a few days so I'm cycling them out frequently. I don't mind the extra effort for the benefit of cleanliness so I still recommend this product.

WORKS WELL! EASY TO USE! INEXPENSIVE! KIDS DON'T LIKE SMELL AFTER CLEANING
Saves money over time from having to buy a cleaning product and doesn't have the chemicals from cleaning solutions. Love the price, very easy to use, can use for two sets of retainers, but my kids don't like the smell of them after the cleaning. I need to clean them and then let them sit for a few hours to see if the smell goes away. Or I suggested to the kids brush them after the cleaning to get rid of the smell. But this hinders us from using it as much as we could. When they go to night only wearing (in 5 months), maybe I can clean and let them sit during the day for the smell to wear off.

It works...oddly enough
I just put my snore-guard in this thing for about the 300th time and what can I say, it works. I will admit that it seems a little dicey at times. As best I can tell, there interlock switch is sketch, but every night I can get it to work with a tap or two. So, I'm not sure it's built well, but it does always work and...I realize this is gross...you can taste the difference. In fact, I wash mine AFTER I remove it because the taste of what I presume to be dead bacteria is unappealing. But it does seem to prove that something very significant is happening to the snore guard because after it sits in their for five minutes or whatever time it is (I don't clock it) it comes out different than it started. I understand that UV light is the real deal and this thing definitely seems to get the job done. When it finally quits on me, I'll get another.

It seems to work but doesn't quite close
Obviously, it does not remove any visible residue, that is what a toothbrush and/or denture cleanser is for but after using it, my appliance does have that weird sanitary smell that is just like when I take it into the dentist's office. I recommend cleaning the appliance in a traditional manner first to remove any gunk before sanitizing it in this device. My one complaint is that it could fasten a little better. One of the two parts of my appliance is kind of tall and while this closes well enough to run, I worry that it would pop open while in my bag and let the device fall out.

Leaves a slight smell but not too bad
I wear a mouth guard every night and after getting strep that kept coming back, I wanted to get something that would hopefully work better than just brushing the guard but also wouldn’t damage it. I cannot say I noticed anything besides a faint smell on the mouth guard after using this sanitizer. I tried it on my old retainer that had buildup on it and maybe I haven’t used it enough, because I haven’t noticed any difference there either. I guess at this point I’m just hoping that it is doing what it’s supposed to when the little UV light goes on. Overall it’s not a bad case though.

So far so good. Black light tested after use.
I use this for my clear aligners. With everything going on right now I figured and extra layer of protection against germs, especially for what goes in my mouth, was a good idea. I read other posts saying they could smell the ozone but I don’t smell anything ony aligners, in the sanitizer or in the air around it. I used a black light to see if they were clean afterwards and was impressed with the results. Don’t have scientific proof that it’s working but so far so good.

Good additional way to clean invisalign trays
I bought this to use for my invisalign trays. Since I have started I have not had any issues with them getting dirty or discolored and I think this product has a part to play in that. I only use it a couple of times a week but when I feel like the tray's need an extra cleaning I will throw them in this and wash them out after and they always feel a little better and seem a little less cloudy to me. I still always use a denture/retainer cleaner and would recommend doing that as I don't think this would be enough on its own, but it is a good supplement to the cleaner.
