Pill crusher helps a ton and put it in wet food or cut it in small pieces and give directly. What I've noticed is my cat is pooping and drinking more water than before. I got this when flushing him out, I noticed a similar white tiny piece that resembled tape worm segment. The constipation seems to be resolved. I'll continue to monitor.
