I was putting two twin-size beds together to make one king-size bed, and I stumbled across this product while looking for a king-size pillow-top mattress cover. My idea was the thick, quilted cover would hold the two mattresses together and mask the dip where they met in the middle. I ended up buying this bed bridge along with the mattress cover, and I have been very pleased with the result. It was a little clunky to install, but it definitely wasn't difficult. It just took a few re-dos to get the tension firmly buckled. The mattresses I am using have a hard ridge around their edges, so this bed bridge doesn't completely mask the center, but it is still comfortable to sleep on. A friend bought the same bridge and is using it on mattresses with soft edges, and once the bed is made, you can't even tell it's two mattresses strapped together - even when you're sleeping in the middle of the bed. I definitely think a good mattress cover helps with that effect, but the mattress cover alone wouldn't do the trick. If you're putting two beds together, definitely invest in this bed bridge!

Took a few minutes to get the strap to work but it stays in place and fills the gap nicely. As a bonus I put my cell phone just under the cloth of the bridge and it stays in place all night. No more fumbling for it when I wake up. Also, it hold the TV remote nicely.

I bought this way in advance of company coming and was out of the return window when we figured out that it was pretty uncomfortable. You can’t contact the sender and Amazon won’t do anything. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Better than the EPHEDORA 12" Extra Wide Bed Bridge Twin XL to King which costs more. Better strap and thicker. I purchased both and sent back the Ephedora, and saved money. “Amazon’s Choice” was spot on!

This is a great product except when I put my side of the bed up in an adjustable bed. Other than that it meets the need.
