Definitely helps me stay hydrated, no bad side effects, easy on the tummy, strong flavor, definitely had to dilute . Which is a good thing, more to drink for me. Mixes really easily, really good value

The Best Liquid IV Flavor
This is the only Liquid IV I can tolerate. The others are too sweet are hurt my tummy. I like that this one is subtle in taste and has a lot of immune support. I have tried the other immune support flavors, but again, they aren't a favorite like this one. It does a great job in hydration, and when I'm coming down with an illness, I reach for this powder to help my immune health.

Tangerine is the best flavor
Easily my favorite flavor! Makes me feel so much better and hydrated! My veins pop afterwards! Easy on my stomach and I love adding some fruit to it for fun!

Liquid I.V. Hydration is an excellent rehydration product for use when in the outback or bush. I use this product all the time for field trips in remote areas. I can highly recommend it.
