They dissolve easily and quite quickly (be careful to keep them dry and handle them with dry hands!).I take 2000 mcg (two of them) once a week, and the first time I did this I noticed I had a minor version of a "hot flash", which I hadn't been expecting.Two side notes: they have lactose listed as a primary ingredient, just in case you find that an issue. And I was going to say that for my use, since I've got a year's worth in a bottle, it's quite economical, but in the month since I ordered it the price bumped up...again.

Per my doctor I've been using this every day since I went open a plant-based diet. My B12 numbers were low on my bloodwork. Since this way over the recommended dose I take it 4 times a week. I'm told whatever your body does not need is sent away via urine. I've been using this for over a year and my bloodwork is perfect!

This is a sublingual vitamin B12 pill. What’s great about it is you just put it under your tongue and let it dissolve. It has a pleasant enough taste. It came in a little childproof container. It is a very reasonably priced vitamin. I have no idea if this is responsible for better sleep or health. I’m in fairly good health anyway. But as a vegetarian I’m told this is a must vitamin.

The B12 supplement is smaller than a tic tac. Great berry flavor. Dissolves within one minute with no bitter after taste.

After using for a while my energy is coming back and this is a great B12 supplement for people that have trouble swalliwing pills. In a turnabout I have recommended to my Doctor for her older patients...great product n great price!

My blood count always show below the normal range for B12. Doctor states my body has a difficult time absorbing B12 the natural way so he suggested B12 supplements. Over the years after taking supplements and then quitting for a while my blood work would reflect the pattern. IMO these are the best primarily because of quality control and fast absorption. Blood work always shows normal.

These small pills can be easily taken by placing them under the tongue. They dissolved quickly and do not leave any aftertaste.
