Good Replacement
Looks like a decent plub, but only time will tell. At 100k the originals still looked ok but replaced per recommendation. Wanted the long life of a iridium plug so hopefully another 100k before replacement is needed. I've been using 15% ethanol for 1000s of miles. Didn't make a big difference in milage but wasn't expecting it to since it hasn't really dropped off any significant amount since new.

Looks good so far.
The spark plugs look solid, clean, and ready for installation. The measured gap for each spark plug is 0.042, 0.043, 0.043, and 0.044, the advertised gap was supposed to be 0.044" so not too far off I suppose. They will go on a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant 2.4L. The only concern I had was when I received the package that the 4-pack box was opened and missing a piece of the corner (not damaged from shipping) and it appeared as if someone took a quick look at one of the plugs and accidentally ripped a piece out of the box but nothing serious, the individual four boxes were intact otherwise other than one of the individual boxes looked like it was opened once. I tried to be artistic with the photo, I hope you enjoy it. I have not installed these plugs yet but if I have any issues I will come back and edit my review otherwise I will leave a 5-star for now as I have used this brand in my other two vehicles without issues so far.

Works but you still need to gap them and grease them
I got these for my son's 2015 Jeep Cherokee. They work just fine, but i was a bit annoyed that you are paying for an Iridium plug which makes it more expensive, but the Autolite company cheaper out and did not place an antiseize coating on the threads, so you will still need to coat them with a dielectric grease. Also, Iridium is a really hard metal and tends to crack, so I worry about having to gap these plugs. I bought another brand if irridum plug for another car last week and they cautioned that you should not gap the plug because it could crack the iridium. I guess this coating is thin enough, since I had no troubles gapping the plug, but then again, does that mean the plating is too thin to be durable? I guess time will tell. Everything else about these plugs worked as expected, so I give them a 4-star rating. Here are the install directions for your convenience from the autolite website: - Unplug and remove ignition coils. Inspect coil boots for cracking or oil staining. If you have oil in the spark plug wells or on the boots, the valve cover gasket is leaking and must be replaced. - Loosen each spark plug so it can be removed. Clean the seat area with a blast of compressed air or with a shop vac, use proper PPE. This prevents dirt from falling into the combustion chamber when the old plugs are removed. - Remove the plugs and line them up in cylinder order. Inspection of the firing ends of the plugs can identify a number of engine problems that may need correction. (illus. 3) - Check and set the gap on new plugs as recommended in your owner's manual or a Spark Plug Catalog. Use a round feeler gauge to measure the gap between the center and ground electrode. The gauge should pass through snugly but easily. If it's too loose or too tight, reset the gap. - Screw new plugs in by hand until tight. Use a torque wrench to tighten the spark plugs following the manufacturer's recommendations, or refer to a torque chart in the Spark Plug Catalog. If you don't have a torque wrench, see the bottom of the torque chart for hand tightening recommendations. - Replace the coils Before installing the coils, put a small amount of dielectric grease inside the spark plug boot. Check to see if the boots are brittle or cracked, and if there is corrosion on the connector inside the boot. If any of these conditions are present, the spark plug boots should be replaced. - Start the engine. If it misfires or idles roughly, the wires are crossed or not connected to the plugs correctly. Check the firing order and connections closely.
