Due to a spinal injury that occurred in 2008 I unfortunately have too take pain medication under the care of a Pain Management Dr. For those that don't know why that's important, it's because paim medications have a very nasty side effect of disrupting the normal digestive process & leads to chronic constipation. Sometimes laxatives & stool softeners may help, but honestly it's rare. I stumbled across this Detox & figured it wouldn't hurt too try.I also suffer from chronic insomnia as well, so the fact this is specifically for PM also intrigued me.It's easy enough to do, simply take 3 Capsules near bedtime. The 1st night it made me drowsy. The 2nd night same thing. 3rd day my stomach started rumbling & I've been in the bathroom at least twice a day since! It's not one of those urgent, sudden onset, rush to the bathroom either.I've felt a lot better than I have in a very long time. Now when people tell me I'm full of crap, I can honestly say "not anymore thanks to Complete Detox"!!!

Bought in August by September after a month taken, the last week I started to sleep well just sleeping 4 hours wake up to use restroom feel like I slept 10hours. I feel well rested now. Plus main reason I decided to write review went to doctor Appt 9/2617 I notice a week before clothes was fitting lose but just thought all was in my mind, but pants I was trying to get into 8/16/2017 I got into them very well on 9/26/17 and I weigh in at doctor office 10lbs lighter. The only difference I added to my diet was the Dextox PM. Only thing I been doing not eating after 7:30pm unless out on the town, and walk my dogs daily. If I got to eat late get that hunger I eat a fruit or Smoothie. I did not feel anything but I did notice the sleeping was better. I use to put my head down only felt like I slept 3 hrs but slept for 8-9hours. Next the doctor Appt later that month only thing I added to diet was this product followed directions.

I have been taking this for about a week.. I have had bowel trouble seems like my whom life.. I read reviews and the indications for this product,so I thought I would see if it would help me on the inside.. I had my Gaul bladder removed a few years ago and need my liver to stay clean... So far it feels like it is helping cleanse out all of the yucky that's inside of my body... I'm feeling better,digestion seems better,my kidneys feel better,they were hurting some from time to time... I would recommend this product!! Natural herbs can't hurt if it makes you clean and feel better,its better for you than medicine that can have side affects or harm your body...

This review is just from my experience. It may or may not work the same way for everyone. I took this detox formula for 2 days (took it around 10:00PM and went to bed around 10:30PM) and kept waking up around 3:30AM to go the restroom... I love that the product works--I mean, it woke me up at 3:30 to flush out my system. But because it DID wake me up in the middle of the sleep cycle, I would have to disagree when the product promotes better sleep and relaxation. It might have something to do with my fast metabolism? But just wanted to let the users know that this product may vary depending on your metabolic rate and just be weary when the "gotta go" feeling hits when you're dreaming about taking a bite out of that delicious chocolate cake in your slumber!!

I consider myself a cleansing “conneusuer” and have purchased quite a few detox supplements and so far I’m really enjoying this one as the bowel movements are more regular (but not painful) and I’ve lost a few inches around my waist and back already in 5 days, it doesn’t come with that dire need to get to the toilet like with other brands, you won’t be running to the bathroom,. It’s a gentle full body detox with great results and you can get to the office and work safely with this one. I would advise to drink more water than usual.

Please read. I received the Complete Detox PM on Saturday, August 18, 2018. I started using it that night. Took 3 pills before bed. Took it Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Today is Thursday and nothing. I am a person that goes once a day. These Detox PM pills has constipated me. I am returning them today.The sleep part did not work. On Saturday, I slept good that night. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night I woke up and just couldn’t fall back to sleep. This did not work and I do not recommend. Go to GNC Store to get a good Detox . I am going to see my doctor. Today is August 23, 2018

I normally don't write reviews but this stuff works in many ways than one. I always took them at night. You have a great bow movement, if not the same night or early the next morning. Oh you should no that these pills do relax you and you will dream all kind of good crazy. And I have lost pounds and I look so slim.

A co worker told me about a IASO tea detox when I complained to her how bloated I had been feeling and a desire to detox my liver. I am not a fan of drinking weird tastes so I looked on Amazon for a pill alternative. I picked this because of the reveiws and I am very pleased. It keeps you regular, and keeps your energy up. I even lost a couple of pounds, combined with going to the gym. I love this stuff. I will definitely purchase again when it is time to detox my system.
