What I dislike is the quality of gel pads that came with unit. Terrible. They did not adhere st all to the unit. Just sat there and then fell off when I took the unit off my neck . I’ve had better gel pad set up from the cheap devices from wish where the gel pad was firmly adhered and a magnetic catch kept it on the unit. No gel pad …..no working unit. Aside from that the heat and pulsing electrodes were great especially for all the creaking crackling arthritis in my neck. Manufacturer needs to include strongly adhesive gel pad and a nice refill pack with unit. Really disappointed for the price. Didn’t expect them to cheap out on the one thing that makes the product work

It’s a really beautiful color as seen in the pictures. It’s easy to turn on and off. The neck massage automatically turns off when the time is up (you should only do this for a certain timeframe). For the money that its worth though, I think it’s an okay expense for those that needs a neck massage; as I often get neck pains but $109 isn’t a small expense. I don’t use it often enough to determine how much it helps my neck pain but its sufficient.

Puchased for sisters birthday. Mom tried it and had to order her one right then and there.. so ended up puchasing 2 . Amazing Product...would give it 10 stars. If it were an option.. READ THE DIRECTIONS FIRST!

I have a cervical spine injury. I suffer with pain,stiffness and numbness which radiates down my arms. I have purchased many big and bulky devices to help aid in my pain relief. I love this one cause its small but works like a big machine. I take it everywhere except in the shower Ha Ha

For such a small product, its usefulness is plenty: it's very convenient to carry and automatically turns off after 15 mins; my wife is an accountant, spends a lot of time in front of computers, it's definitely an indispensable thing for her to use everyday next up coming tax season; SKG K6 is a fine heat neck stress reliever, leaving you with a nice warm and relax feeling afterwards.

Fast shipping and drop off at a safe spot. Good review for the delivery staff.However, when I opened the package (the Amazon shipping box), I found that the product box was damaged. That's ok for me as long as the product is good. However when I opened the product, I found that the bag for the gel has been torn off and there are dirt and scratch on the product. It seems to me that this product is a return product but not new. This is totally not acceptable. I paid the full price for a brand new one but I got a used one at the end.
