It would seem that some reviewers have tried and failed (not unexpectedly) to squeeze the prongs without unlocking the clip.Secondly, several reviewers appear to be under the impression - admittedly not unexpectedly from the description - that the neoprene lining forms the inside of the collar all the way around ... it doesn't.Whatever, our two terriers seem relaxed about their new collars.
