after facing some issues with liners not perfectly aligning on the driver side, the product seller reached out promptly to fix the issue by replacing all the mats without any cost or a full refund on the product. I was a bit conscious of the environmental impact of throwing the current one, logistics involved to ship a new one. so i denied free replacement. the second row liner is good enough and fits well. as this was one of the main reasons for my purchase of the liner , i accepted a only a partial refund. overall i rate high on the customer experience, but there could be some units that might not meet the quality expectations.long term review:i have now used this product for several weeks and have started to see the same pattern as other users. in my case, the driver side mat (along the car door) has opened up with a large gap and has started to collect more dust and debris than usual. i even tried sticking it with a 3M sticker but came off within a day. the large opening is quite annoying especially that i like to keep the car clean. cant return it now as i have used it for well over 2 weeks.Bought this especially for second row seat. after unpacking, left if out for a day for it to regain the shape and so it did. it almost fits perfectly in the second row seat except for one position. the driver's side had a bit more opening on the door side and the passenger side fits well. as the product manual says, i am going to wait for a week or so to check if the gaps disappear. giving 4 stars because of the gaps. moreover, for the driver side, one has to remove the original mat to fit this into the groove and lock it in place. that was a bummer now that i have to store the original mat elsewhere. the bottom side of the liner had some blemishes so not sure if this was a returned product. as there was no major damage, i have decided to keep it. attaching some pics of the gaps seen in second row and driver side mats. included some pics of the blemishes as well

Purchased these mats for my 2022 HR-V because I do a lot of camping, kayaking, and beach trips so my car floors get dirty. When first opening the box, the mats appeared misshapen from transit, but actually they were perfectly molded for my car’s interior. They fit like a glove right out of the box and look great!! I’m so pleased with them and with the price-point. They will be easy to vacuum and wipe/wash. I highly recommend!

I purchased this product for a 2024 Model 3. Product looks great with one exception; the driver side floor mat does not fit properly.
