Works exactly like it should
Easy to install, works exactly as expected. Only issue is my threaded inserts for sealing the wire didn’t fit it. No big deal, I’ll buy new…. Yeah, no such luck, and ended up not using anything.

great replacement for older switch which is no longer available
I liked that this switch was easily available. With minor changes for attaching the switch box to my machine, everything went very well. I am using this switch for my GENERAL table saw which is only 25 years old now.

Good Switch - Poor Customer Service
The switch is a solid 5 stars but Powertec tech support is a ZERO. Needed to tap into the switch to add additional remote switches on a table saw. Tech support was unable to provide internal wiring diagrams for the switch and frankly, the impression I got from my communications with tech support was that their "technical" knowledge didn't go beyond plugging something into a wall outlet. Thankfully, the actual manufacturer placed a miniature schematic drawing under the cover which, with the aid of a magnifying glass, provided the information I needed that, combined with some old school circuit tracing, allowed me to tie in the remote switches. This is the second switch that I contacted Powertec tech support regarding internal wiring and both times, tech support couldn't/wouldn't provide any info other than what was already available on their web site. If all they can do is regurgitate what is already on the web site, why have them? Get rid of them and lower the cost of the product.
