ESV Study Bible, Personal Size (Paperback): Holy Bible, English Standard Version

The listed dimensions were actually accurate for once. Amazon has a problem with that topic, with Bibles particularly. It is indeed the "personal size", in perfect condition, shrink wrapped even, which prevented damage during shipment. This Bible is excellent with information and study notes. I wish they had the hardcover version available, but this will suffice. An excellent study resource. I wish I had a csb study Bible this size.

This is a wonderful study bible that’s helping me dig deeper into God’s word.

I love this Bible and the usefulness of the footnotes. It is full of great information and has many colorful maps. I like the cross reference feature so I can find similar verses and all the places within the Bible that a specific item is referenced. I feel that I am gaining a better understanding of God's word by using this Bible. This is the only study Bible I've ever owned, so I'm not able to compare it to other study Bibles However I did ask several people for a study Bible recommendation and this is what was most recommended to me. I would also recommend it. One thing to note is that this is a very large book due to the volume of additional information that is contained within it, so I would have a second Bible to use for going to church and have this at home for study.

This Bible has helped me study and grow deeper in my understanding of God's Word. This translation makes it clear and concise as to what the text says and what it means in context. My favorite thing about this study Bible is the pictures/diagrams/maps. This helps visualize and put the words into a historical context!I absolutely love it!yes the text is small and the paper is thin...I wear reading glasses and don't have a problem reading this in dark light, sunlight, black light, you name it. Perfect Print!

Very thorough study bible. Delicate pages as to be expected with ESV but content is not lacking.

I like this Bible. However, the Personal Size's font is quite small. My local church uses the ESV so I bought this Bible to attend church and needed a smaller size. In all honesty, I prefer the KVJ Study Bible by Holman (Large print is essentially textbook size so I use it to study at home). However, that's not to say this ESV study Bible is a fine product.

Easy to use.

This Bible is truly outstanding. I read a small section each day, much like a meal, and the accompanying study notes are incredibly helpful for grasping the correct interpretation. I especially value the detailed analysis at the end, which explains various cults and world religions and their deviations from Biblical teachings. In a time when misinformation is rampant, this Bible serves as a crucial guide for uncovering and understanding the truth. I strongly suggest considering it as a gift for yourself or others, as it’s a valuable resource for clarifying and addressing falsehoods.
