Buyer beware, these batteries are not 4800mah!
I bought two of these batteries and while I'm not sure that any 18650 size batteries are capable of 4800mah capacity I was expecting at least 2000mah.I charged both batteries until they were full using a lithium battery charger suitable for 18650 3.7v-4.2v cells, I them fully discharged them until they cut off at 3v. I then fully recharged them again with a Milliamp hour meter connected and both batteries took over 2hrs to fully charge. In the attached pictures you can clearly see that at the end of charge both batteries have a maximum capacity of around 1250mah which is close to only a quarter of their advertised capacity. These batteries were also sent through Royal Mail which is not only dangerous as they didn't have any warning labels on the package, it is also against Royal Mail's policy on sending lithium batteries.I have contacted the seller to return them.

The maximum capacity of a legitimate 18650 cell today is 3500 mAh.
Don't buy this - the maximum capacity of a legitimate 18650 cell today is 3500 mAh.

Not good
Battery does not hold charge well, old ones (2 years old) hold the charge better than these. Avoid

Capacity is nowhere near what they state
I have tested the battery with a high end charger/discharger, and determined that the actual capacity is between 1200 and 1800mAh, depending on how far you want to push it. I never expected to actually get the claimed 4800mAh because 18650 cells of that capacity are just not available to consumers, but the difference between claimed and actual capacity is illegally high. I don't know how they get away with it. The internal resistance of this cell is so high that it took EIGHT hours to fully charge in constant voltage mode. I suspect these are spent cells that have been re-sleeved. I wouldn't even try to fast charge this thing, or to draw more than a few hundred milliamps from it. House fires caused by substandard batteries have been on the news a lot recently. I don't know what the safety rating of these batteries is, but next time I will spend a bit more and buy from a reputable manufacturer.

Poor company and product
Wouldn’t buy this product from this supplier. I bought two and one battery wouldn’t charge and hold a charge. Contacted supplier and returned battery that was faulty. No communication from them. Contacted amazon who then contacted seller but still no response from them. Stay clear

Very Satisfied With This Battery
It arrived quite quickly, I charged it up and connected it to a cycle rear lamp(in which the battery had died) which has 6 settings and I used the slowest flash setting and it ran non-stop for 52 hours. Now, I'm no electrician but i'm satisfied with that....It is a bit on the big side for this application and I have since found out that a 14500 battery, which is similar in size to an AA battery and is also 3.7v, so I might try one of those next and get a proper battery cradle(which are cheap as chips) for both of them.

Capacity NOT real!
You can see the real capacity in the attached photo. That's after a full cycle. Also I've contacted the seller 5 minutes after the purchase as I couldn't cancel the order, asking them to cancel it after seeing the reviews and they never came back!Definitely not good for vaping!
