Only get 18 miles per full charge which is insufficient. When bought bike last year claim was 35 miles per charge. Also after only 880miles front tire is nearly treadless while advertised to go 2000 to 3000 miles. Gear in axle is broke so have not been able to pedal sincemile 100. Advertising is atrocious for exorbinate cost of original cost. Replacement cost of new battery (590.00) with only 18 mile distance bad for that cost at least 50 miles should be arraigned Do not recommend purchase to anybody

I bought the extra battery so I would never be without a charged up battery. After charging it, I did not use it for about a week. Sitting idle for that period of time did not cause it to drain at all. When I went out to ride today it had energy and to spare. Even in a lower gear it had plenty of get up and go.And here is the clincher. After my excursion, the battery was still fully charged. Without question, it is worth what I paid for it. But how can you put a price tag on peace of mind?
