HeadOn - Apply Directly to Forehead Migraine Relief .2 oz (5.67 g)

This product is wonderful!! Other than an injection of Imitrex (by prescription only); HEADON for migraine headaches is the only thing that helps me. No migraine pain pills help me and I've also tried numerous preventative medicines. Nothing else works. The problem is...I am having a hard time finding HEADON in the stores near me. When I inquired about it on the internet, the price jumped from $7 to over $40.00!! Does anyone know of ANYPLACE that sells HEADON for migraine headaches for a lower price? Thank You So Much! Exposure to chemicals due to faulty air flow @ work. Over time developed MCS,(multiple chemical sensitivity) causing migraines and other permanent problems. Took multiple prescribed meds w/varying degrees of efficacy. Found that HeadOn relieved most sinus/migraine symptoms (in my case), within 15 minutes of application. Returned to pharmacy for more only to find it had been discontinued! Wish store carried, @ initial pricing, again! Limited supplies and increased prices are a problem for me!

I barely notice my migraine! It feels sort of cold, which is very soothing (and easier than the ice pack I usually plop on my head). In the past I've taken advil or exedrine migraine. They weren't helpful. I was shocked by how well the head on migraine worked. One negative - it says "up to 100 applications". I think I got four out of it. However, I did tend to apply it rather liberally.

I decided to buy this product out of desperation for migraine relief when other medicines weren't working. It does absolutely nothing except make my skin feel tingly from the menthol and my bangs stick to my forehead in a clump. I know everyone is different so it might be worth a try, but I just can't imagine getting real relief from the homeopathic ingredients it utilizes. My worst migraines don't respond to triptans, ibuprofen, or even low-dose narcotics, so I wasn't surprised that it didn't work. If you get severe migraines, don't even bother trying it. Instead, you should absolutely see a doctor and get some effective preventative and/or abortive medication. In the meanwhile, an ice pack is the next-best-thing.

It was a useful product at times, but did not always seem to do as intended. I was thankful to find it with the seller and thankful for the promptness in receiving it.

First things first, if you are a true migraine sufferer, then you need medicine with triptans. People with fake migraines, or think they have migraines should buy over the counter medicine. This product is used to coat the forehead/ temple area when the headache is present. This will not cure the headace. Rather, it will help mask the symptoms by providing a cooling sensation. It will need to be reapplied from time to time. I use it in conjunetion with my perscription migraine medicine (treximet). I would recommend this product, but not at these prices. I am guessing it is no longer made, as the retail value was less then 5 USD. I personally would not spend what the internet is asking for. Perhaps try your local pharmacy for old stock. I cannot believe Head On is discontinued! I love this stuff as it eases my headaches. I am also shocked about the price! Wow..expensive!! But I was desperate and bought two of these bad boys. Head On does workforce my headaches. I rated it 5 because I do love it! It's the only product out there that provides a long lasting cooling effect.

When I saw these commercials I was like ya right ... How cheesy . Now I eat my words . I have mirgraines and allery It works.. I just wish it was not discontiued... Love the product ...the throbbing goes away ...
