These are helpful in stopping that horrible feeling in the morning. I don't even drink that much either The trick is to follow the directions lol. Drink it BEFORE you start drinking, and Viola! No sluggish hangover. My husband does drink way more than I do and they work great for him too. He is the one who turned me on to them.

I have tried several items that are supposed to do the same thing, and I like these the best. I ordered a case of these and take them on trips for everyone, since we're at the age where we started to get hangovers. After heavy drinking, the next day is way better than without this drink. If I do have any hangover symptoms with these, they are mild and rare. I still make sure to take one of these as soon as I start my first drink, and I drink plenty of water. The only time I use something besides these, it's because I'm flying. I get pills for that, and they still dont work as well as these drinks. They don't taste bad at all, so it doesn't make you miserable to shoot one of these down. As for the price, it's a small price to pay when I'm not stuck in bed the next day nursing a hangover!
