Made with just four ingredients, the bars are safe for those following the low-FODMAP Diet. While it contains whey protein, it is whey protein isolate (19 g.) which is fine for most people who are lactose intolerant. So, can something with wholesome ingredients taste good? In this case, the answer is a definite "yes." These bars have a nice peanut flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. The texture is similar to halvah. In other words, it's dense and a bit sandy with a pleasant mouth feel. I've tried a number of low-FODMAP snack bars. These are by far my favorite. The one problem I have is the price. At regular retail, it's a bit expensive. For new customers, the price point -- you must buy a box of 12 -- might scare some off. However, I'm glad I took the risk. Now, I'm hoping for another sale so I can resupply at a more reasonable price.

I regret buying two boxes (nuts about you and dark chocolate peanut butter) because they taste terrible. And you can’t return all the uneaten ones.

I am so glad I found these protein bars. I have IBS-C and acid reflex so finding things that don’t upset the apple cart is hard. Since these are on the low fodmap list, it’s so gentle on the gut. Only 4 safe ingredients. They really do fill you up. I only can eat a quarter of it at t time, but it keeps me full for hours. Such a good taste. The best!!! I have to be careful because I want to eat a few bars at a time. The only down side is the price on Amazon. I think they are expensive, but worth it!

The ingredients list peanuts, whey protein isolate and maple syrup which are all good. The last ingredients are listed as natural vanilla flavor. They should list what those natural flavors are. My fig app is telling me that the natural flavoring could cause trouble depending on what those actually are.

I really like these bars. Pure peanut butter. Very smooth and nothing to aggravate my tummy. I usually eat one at lunch. Very good. Sometimes can’t always get. So now I order more to make sure to have them.

Brought these when trying the fodmap diet. They are just ok with Peanut butter flavor and the texture is similar to a fudge without the goodness of fudge. Helpful for something quick to grab on the go when following the fodmap diet but I wouldn’t buy again.

I order and try a lot if different protein bars. Not sure this one will stay in my repertoire. They have the consistency of the peanut butter that’s inside a peanut butter cup, and are just a little too sweet for me….. and I have a huge sweet tooth.

I am working on gaining back 15-20 pounds that I recently lost. This bar is easy to digest, has clean simple ingredients, is loaded with high quality protein. That's all great, but the BEST thing about this bar is that is doesn't contain all the fillers, gums, and fibers that most of the other bars now do. I also like the ratios of fat and protein.

I love the flavor and especially the texture of these bars. The texture is unusual, like eating halvah, and I absolutely love it. I have to hold myself back from eating too many. And they are so great for my very sensitive stomach.

The texture and taste is disgusting

The only protein bar I could digest without any stomach issues. I need you guys to replenish this item immediately. It's great.
