These B12 strips literally saved my life. I had horrible adrenal fatigue and POTS, along with thyroid issues, hormone issues, etc. I was a vegetarian for 28 years and after my first pregnancy, my body shut down. My thyroid even started working again and I had to stop taking my thyroid medication.A warning, if you are severely deficient in B12 and you take these and your body starts to heal, you may find yourself depleted in potassium. If you are feeling like your blood pressure is elevated and you are having burning pains in your back and/or armpits, that could be potassium issues. I never tested low in potassium but was still having those issues so I started drinking a lot of coconut water and stopped taking b vitamins for a little while and the issue corrected itself. You can cut these strips into smaller pieces, and after my initial healing, I now only take about 1/16 of a strip at a time.So thankful for this product, I really feel it helped saved my life. I did have to start eating meat again, which broke my heart, but my health depended on it and my kids need me around.

After suffering from almost debilitating sinus and migraine headaches nearly every day for a couple of months now, I started taking B12 Strips again. In the past 3 weeks or so since starting to take it, I have hardly had a headache. I would suggest that anyone with nagging, constant headaches have their B12 level checked. If it's low, then this product may be just what helps you bring it back up to optimal range. An acquaintance of mine had similar results with another sublingual B12 product, although she is taking 5 times as much as I am (2000mcg/day). When I miss a day, and nearly always when I miss 2 days, I will get headaches again...wake up with them. So I am quite certain that it has to do with my B12 level.In the past, when I was taking B12 Strips daily, I wasn't having daily headaches either. But it wasn't until I stopped for a while (because I needed to re-order) and then started taking them again that I correlated it with the fact that I wasn't getting the headaches as long as I take it every day. My doctor did a blood test for B12 and found that I had a very high level...even after taking them for a few days. It's worth a try to see if it makes a difference for you, too.Keep in mind that this product also contains Vitamin B6 and folate. The combination of those with B12 helps to reduce the homocysteine level...which is a benefit for the cardiovascular system. Read about that online. Better yet, ask your doctor. He/she should be checking your homocysteine level whenever you have a physical. Most of us have to ASK our doctor to order that test.

Taste was ok, product just didn't work.

I have a B Vitamin deficiency and can't swallow most pills. I researched several products before buying B12 Strips 2000mcg 30 CountMy sister and I are very sensitive to stimulants of any kind. We find over stimulation uncomfortable and some products keep us awake at night even if we take them early in the morning. I've been using these for about a week now and have found that although I'm alert from morning to night, I've been confusing alertness with not being able to sleep. This isn't true, I'm just still alert when I am ready to sleep, these don't effect my sleep as much as I thought.I like these and the type of energy they give me. I am definitely more alert and my memory is better. I feel sharp and have more energy. I play purple place on my computer and my scores for memory are much better.So I do recommend these and will continue to use them but I do try to make sure I take a full strip earlier in the day.That said, they taste a bit strong when you first put them under your tongue, like a strong wintergreen. Almost a burning sensation. After a few seconds, you can taste the berry sweet flavor and that mixed with your saliva is what you swish around your mouth but especially under your tongue.1 strip measures around 1 1/4 inches by slightly less than one inch.
