Does it make the skin fair?

No it shouldn't and it doesn't.

Is this better for sunny days

As for my experience it traps a little bit of heat when you just apply, so it can be slightly uncomfortable for summer days. But after say 30 to 60 seconds it settles down and can be definitely worn on summer days with a sunscreen (for normal to dry skin).

Does it make the skin fair?

This is skin moisturiser Cream.
