These are pretty great. They added lemon oil so the pills dont smell like fish at all. Even if I burp later it just smells like lemons.- I started taking this because Ive had consistently dry skin and dry eyes after taking a berberine supplement which is known to strip stored fats from the liver. I noticed a reduction in my dry eyes and skin after the first day of beginning the Omega oil supplementation.- I feel nauseated if I take it on an empty stomach so I prefer to take it with a meal.- I also noticed a huge spike in sexual arousal after the first day and since. It turns out sex hormones are created mostly of cholesterol esters which your liver creates from the omega oils. So thats a plus :-)- Even though the bottle says they dont need refrigeration I still store the pills in the fridge to increase shelf life.Over all these are great if your body is lacking. I've used a few other products from Natrol over the years and liked all of them compared to other brands. I now consider them to be one of my preferred brands.

This is a great tasting, no burp, option for supplementing your Omegas. It is reasonably priced and contains a good balance of all three Omegas.

In the past, I have always burped up a fishy taste in my mouth. These do not even smell like anything! They are very slim, easy to swallow.

I got it because of the price, all Omega products are the same anyways, just the prices are different depending on how “popular “ the company is in the market..
