I often pull my neck because of dogs on leads and lifestyle hazards like picking up post and making the bed. I’ve tried lots of ‘clinically’ similar types of neck support with double and triple price tags. However, let me spare your hard earned pennies and research - This literally does EXACTLY what it says on the tin. It actually REALLY REALLY does. Sue me if I’m wrong! Soft under the chin and more robust at the chest area. Honestly, it’s absolutely bob on. I get a Large.. not because I’m an Olympic discus thrower but because it adequately does my petite/size UK 10 neck. I’ve made the mistake in the past of getting small or medium and it is stretched to the limits of velcro-tension-isity because I can only assume the consumer testing was done on very very small people or children under 5. So.. the conclusion is this. This is awesome. Ladies, buy a Large. It’s very comfortable, non irritating and is absolutely perfect for those times of sore necks and sore pulled shoulders when you require hardcore painkillers, medicinal alcohol and a fork lift truck to turn your head left and right. This is a good quality well made product, and i would recommend it to support the neck . But the foam sleeping neck brace was too firm for me to sleep in.

Having suffered from whiplash some years ago then later being diagnosed with arthritis in my neck I was getting really desperate at the increasingly frequent and unbearable neck pain and headaches. I have tried everything possible to get some relief but absolutely nothing has worked. After another desperate Internet search for help I eventually came across this neck brace with very encouraging reviews so I went ahead and bought it. And very glad I am too.It’s well made and far more comfortable than I expected, so much so that on the nights I have needed to sleep in it it’s still been comfortable while continuing to be supportive. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks and it’s more than paid for itself because of the relief I get from us it. I’m going to order another one soon because I can’t see myself having to cope without one. My neck brace came with a black cover which is absolutely fine, but I’d love to be able to purchase additional covers in different colours!

I've used this thing a few times a week for about six months. The support isn't terrible, but like others, I found it not quite high enough - I can tilt my head to either side too easily, and it only really supports my head and neck if I sit back and rest my head on the back of the chair. Which brings me to how it broke; I'm not sure how long it's supposed to last, but where it fastens at the back, the foam is weak, as it's compromised by the stitching of the velcro. The foam in the fastening part has now completely detached inside the sleeve, meaning it barely fastens, remains loose, and gives even less support. Verdict: not bad, but there must be better ones out there.

I particularly liked the fact that it had a removable, washable cover, so no problems with makeup or tan transfer. Also, the depth is just right for my neck, which has shortened over the years. It's quite comfortable too.

I would thoroughly recommend this neck support. I was advised to purchase a 'soft neck support' for my CPAP therapy - reading others reports I opted for the Large 3.5 inch neck support, felt superb when upright, but I soon realised when lying down I needed a smaller support. I was going to 'alter' it - as I has worn the support, but decided to purchase a small one as it was part of my therapy. Well, it is superb, the velcro is very secure, the support is comfortable lying on my pillow, the additional structure holds my lower jaw in the correct position throughout the night. I would thoroughly recommend. Sleeping with it is not a problem.

Sent for this after a fall when I got whiplash. It looks a quality, well made brace but very hard material. I couldn't sleep in it as it was too rigid. The worst thing though was where it joins at the back it is very thin with no padding at all and I needed support at the base of my head and top of my spine. I returned it and got a refund, no problem. I made do with wrapping a microwavable wheat bag round my neck instead.
