After unboxing these and comparing them to the original Dyson filters in my TP04 they seemed identical. I had removed the side panels from the TP04 and replaced both the purple and green filters on the panel. Then came the difficult step - re-attaching these back onto the TP04.After much struggling and wondering why the tabs on the purple filters wouldn't stay clicked into place, I figured out how these are supposed to be attached. The green tabs on these filters are longer than the tabs on the original Dyson filters, and if you try and push both tabs on at the same time they don't pop into place. Instead, insert one side of one green filter's tabs, then "pull" the other side into place. If done correctly, the green filter should be snug against the inner wall of the TP04, and attaching the purple filter on top is very straightforward. Repeat for the other filter on the other side of the unit.

Much cheaper than the OEM part through Dyson but a huge pain to install. The filter pieces just seem to be off and do not align well with the purifier base unit. I went back and forth a couple times with the old filters that I was replacing (Dyson filters) and these filters. Dyson filters fit perfectly each time, while these took me many frustrating attempts and time.

To be fair, the official, authentic Dyson brand filters are a pain in the butt to install; it’s not the fault on this filter. This filter works as well as the name brand, but at a third of the cost!

I've used a non-Dyson filters in the past without issue, but when these ones arrived, I could see that the retaining pins on the inner charcoal filters had stress marks in the plastic already, and no matter which orientation I put them in, they would not 'clip' into place, which meant the the outer filters would not sit snug, which meant the outer casing wouldn't close and lock. I tried several times to get them to seat properly, to no avail.Ended up having to return and ordered filters from a previous order and they fit just fine.

The green interior charcoal filter and the purple exterior filter look identical, except (as others have also noted) the green filter has slightly longer clips. This makes it a challenge to actually get them to clip in properly so that the purple filter attaches correctly/completely. You've really gotta "pull" the green filter and simultaneously "push" in until it properly clicks. Took me the better part of 15 minutes to get both filters put in. Previously, swapping out the OEM Dyson filters takes about a minute and that's mostly unwrapping the plastic packaging.I also noted that these filters lack an exterior netting on the purple filters that the OEM Dyson filters come with. Not sure what the significance of that is. Overall, I'm doubtful I'll order these again. The difficulty installing these filters gives me pause on the overall quality of the filters.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase non-OEM Dyson accessories as I read some reviews saying the filter wouldn’t fit or their machine couldn’t detect the filter. This product has no reviews yet so I decided to give a try. It turns out that this filter works great! The size fits my PH01 perfectly and the air quality turned to good like immediately! The overall product quality is really good, the only difference I can notice is lacking of a thin film on the outside. But for less than half price of the OEM I have no complaints. Highly recommended!

This filter set fits exactly like the original. Some reviews mentioned the fact that it didn’t reset. You have to do that with the remote look for info to talk you through which buttons to use for your model holding power, info and arrows button until it resets. My filter didn’t actually look bad, it was amount of time running called for change and reset but I have seen some information about vacuuming and washing the originals and thought that I would have the two sets since I run 24 hrs a day. I can take time to wash the original if that works and let air dry in the sun as suggested and then switch as needed.

First of all, be careful you are ordering the correct filter type for your model air purifier. The HP06 filter will not fit in the HP04.I have a HP04 and these fit exactly like the factory parts and did not require much fuss. Take your time and insert each piece one at a time. The carbon filter first, then the hepa filter over the carbon, then the outer cover. Took me 5 minutes to remove the old filters and put the new ones in and have everything back together.Don’t pay the Dyson tax! These are half the cost and work just as good.
