If you have sleep problems then theses are for you. Have tried other types that either don't work or very poor. Let me tell you these are the best ever, I take them 3 hours before I need to sleep and know I will sleep easily plus thru the night(except for a wee stop). Not the cheapest because you have to take 3 for the correct dose, but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend 😀.

I bought these in the hope that they would do as advertised and help me stay asleep at night. I have a busy brain which often refuses to shut down at bedtime and often I wake up in the night with thoughts and song snippets racing around in my head, stopping me from getting back to sleep. I’ve been taking these for a good couple of months now and my sleep has been amazing. I take them about an hour before bed and my brain is much quieter when I get in bed. I get to sleep quickly and I stay asleep all night. Gamechanger. My kids (12yo and 13yo boys) also now take them and sleep way better too.

I notice the difference the night I forget to take this. I was also using a non chelated magnesium prior to this and it wasn’t as effective. I reached out to Bioshwartz directly to clarify the amount of chelated magnesium blend one dose provides and they were very quick to respond. I would suggest that others who were confused like me by the dosage or ingredients email them.
