I do think it is a good product. I have really long hair, and it is not thick. It took half the time it does when I straighten it. And definitely takes the frizz out. My only complain is after the second time using it one of the massaging plastic pieces came off. And now when I go to straighten my hair, where the piece is missing is as hot as the iron temp. If it touches my head it burns me.. I cant figure out a way to fix it. o in that I am disappointed I cant seem to use it now.

It didn't straighten my hair any faster then any other flat iron and also didn't make my hair less frizzy like my other straightener did.

It straightens well but if you're right handed, you're constantly hitting the power and temperature buttons. Frustrating.
