I've only worn them once so far, but they are as comfortable as a pair of slippers

I'm a size 8 in trainers but gave these to my mum as these were too big for me. I bought a 7. However these are so comfortable!!! 100% waterproof!!!! They are I promise! The reviews are true. They are supportive on your ankle. Keep you warm and dry. Perfect with thick walking socks. Just amazing! I've tried a lot of "waterproof" walking boots from other brands which have been not waterproof at all, but finally I've found my waterproof boots!! I'm so happy and Mum is too!

My 2nd pair of these boots & I love walking in them as they're incredibly comfortable BUT, after the first few months, neither pair were waterproof - despite cleaning & re-waterproofing them. I've had the latest pair 18 months & if I walk through wet grass, my feet are soaked. Brilliant when dry!

Having had a pair of leather Berghaus walking boots which lasted many years, I bought this pair one year ago. They lasted for one winter. I just started using them again a week ago and one of the metal lace loops came off. Which means lacing them up properly is impossible. Terrible quality and a real disappointment.

I chose the boots for comfort of fit and their light weight. I a lso liked the colour which goes nicely with my Jeans or Trousers.
