The media could not be loaded. These are the perfect fireworks for my porcelain Chinatown Village. They are similar in size to the retired Department 56 Fiber Optic Fireworks (SKU: 56.52727). I wanted an explosion of fireworks and I found these. I’m so glad I ignored the negative reviews because these are perfect. I have not found one single loose “needle” anywhere. They sent to extra fiber optic needle clumps to replace any bent or missing ones and they push on easily. I got the plug version, not the battery operated version. There was no remote but I wasn’t expecting one. I just wish they had more colors such as red, or red and gold.

These are not returnable, unless you want to pay for postage to return to China. Seriously, Amazon? They are perhaps the cheapest "Christmas" lights our family has ever purchased. They look NOTHING like the picture. And the flashing strobe quality is enough to induce seizures. DO NOT BUY!

I had purchased this to add to the christmas tree, but didn't account for the fact that the wire is white and therefore stood out too much. Is now across a large window with white sashes, so matches way better. No, this is not amazing quality. The control feels cheap and I wish the choice of light patterns was different. There is a setting where you may be in danger of an epileptic seizure. The lights come close together and you need to fan out. But they look way better if you make them into a ball shape rather than a fan. Be careful spreading them as you need to grasp the part where the filaments are attached or you can pluck them from the base. BUT, they are fun, the length of the strand is VERY generous and I would buy them again.

I gave up buying real christmas trees and had a large green artificial tree that I finally gave up because it was a 2 person set up. Then I got a cheap, lightweight tree. It was pretty dull until I added these lights and some bubble lights.

There was no remote control.the lights are lovely.

Light was brighter at base of each light than on ends of fibers. Wire was visible on green tree. Strung 2 sets together. Control on lights seem to work well. Have used it 2 weeks and works ok so far. Its not perfect but does the job for a reasonable price.

The flashing modes flash pretty fast for my liking, and the two strings I ordered to cover the whole tree are not in sync. Otherwise, they are everything I was looking for!
