Arrived in only a few days after ordering. German made, very light weight but also very sturdy. Four normal ladder steps lead to a 5th platform step at the top. The extendable bar above the platform step stabilizes your body so that reaching with both hands above your head is easy. I am only 5’8” but could easily reach my 10-ft ceiling. The ladder is rated for 150kg (330lbs). Also came with a small kit that includes some hooks and a strap you can integrate into the existing work area at the top. My only wish is that Hailo market their TL100 extendable leg ladder in the USA

I've used this ladder several times now and I am impressed. It is very light but sturdy. It has the best steps of any full size ladder I've owned. They look like black plastic but they are all metal. They are wide enough to be easy on the feet and are 8.6" apart as opposed to 12" on many ladders. Easier on my knees. The extendable grab rail is shorter than I would like (I'm 6'4") but still very useful. I bought the "garden" feet for outside and they work well also. Storage for whichever feet you are not using is under the top step/platform. Very well designed and executed.

Great for high ceilings. Ladders are not my friend, but now that I have 10-foot ceilings, changing bulbs and alarm batteries is something I won't do with a 6-foot ladder. I still wish the telescoping handle had another three or so inches of extension. Still, this ladder is just what I wanted. Easy to deal with in every way and I feel secure when working higher than I'm usually comfortable climbing. Very easy to carry and store. I have seen nothing as nice in the market. The price is appropriate. Buy one.

Best ladder EVER! I used it and painted my whole house inside and out. Large deep stairs, VERY STURDY, will hold a bucket of paint and brushes at the top and , lightweight, easy to move from one place to another. This ladder seems very safe. The handle at the top is great!

Safety handle was broken, probably from shipment..Box it was sent in fell apart when ladder was taken out. Not able to send it back for that reason...very disappointed...Otherwise, a good ladder..

Meets all my needs for working inside our house which has higher ceilings than most. Feels very sturdy and easy to use.

I’m so happy with this purchase! The ladder is VERY secure when open, and the wider steps are very comfortable to stand on. Ladder is easy to carry, and light weight. Great construction! An reasonable priced.
