This gave me great support. I loved that it was Velcro and I could tighten it. When I’m doing work and I’m wearing this, when I take it off, my back doesn’t hurt at all. Great fit, great value, easy to use.

I have bought several different back braces. The others were all plastic stays. The last one I got they were so long they would catch on a seat when I sat down because the bottoms were bent out going over my back side. It went from my shoulder blades all the way down to my buttocks. Obviously way too long. Also you would sweat tremendously under it which gave me a rash on my back when I would cut and split wood or do any hard work. That test with this one I have not yet done but will be soon. Although I have worn this for a few hours at a time going downtown and did not notice any sweat under it so I believe it is breathable. That is needed in a back brace. This item has aluminum stays that are a proper length, it is extremely stiff and greatly supports your back. I wore it for two days and decided to order a second one. I will use one for doing my dirty work around the house and the second I will use when I go out. If you're looking for a good quality back brace, this is it. Be sure to measure around your belly button like they tell you to, because their sizes are accurate. I'm a big guy and had to get the largest 2x. It's great. You immediately notice the difference when you take it off. It helps greatly with back pain allowing me to do a lot more while wearing it. I was not paid for this review nor do I know the sellers. This is a high quality back brace in my opinion. Yes I've now only had it a few days but I think this one will last the way it's made.

Easy to adjust, comfortable and very, very effective. Lets you feel secure doing work you normally would try to avoid.

My back is always a bit sore... probably age and abuse. I do a lot of cutting with a pole chain saw so it has a long lever arm that extends from your body causing a lot of strain on your back. I also ski which causes me some pain especially when I run into moguls. Anyhow, I put this brace over a long t-shirt so I could put the brace as low as possible, then closed the flaps, then tightened the last two straps (great design that is easy to tighten and pulls in multiple places so it is tight everywhere. I put my pants on over the brace and used my belt to support the back brace even more. It was way more comfortable than I was expecting and provided much more support than anything else I had tried. While I had it on, my back did not hurt and I could do all the activities that I wanted to do and had full strength with out any concern for pain. Once I took the brace off, my back started hurting again (without doing anything stressful), so I realized just how much support this brace was giving me since it allowed me to work hard and ski hard. Great product!

It helps support and prevent back pain. I haven't had spasms try to take me, but the brace held true. The tension straps help as well when I need some extra compression.

I got the one that is supposed to go up to inches but it falls quite a bit short. Im 5' 8" 400 lbs and it fits but is tight. I did notice it stretches a bit more after i've worn it a few days but a few more inches on the belt would have been nice. It does help support the back too. I have decided to stop wearing it though because of the length of time I wear it I think its making my back muscles even weaker causing more issues while it is off. If I was just occasionally using it, it would be fine. Also a bit too tight to bend over completly while wearing it, it just wants to slide up when bending over to pick things up off the ground. Bending half way it helps though.

I'll do a quick summary of what I said in the video in case it doesn't attach it:The brace is REALLY, REALLY, did I say REALLY easy to put on.It comes with instructions with good illustrations (yes I can read, but my ADHD brain likes pictures. I haven't decided if I'm breaking out the crayons to color it in yet or not. Not important, just a thought) that I followed and got the brace on the right way the first time.I'm HOPING it stands the test of time, I've had other braces with plastic stays, they end up breaking, trying to impale a kidney, and I end up having to throw them away. This brace seems to be much more durable, I'll definitely be updating this review if I have any problems with the quality of it.I DID NOT buy this as a waist trainer/trimmer, but for my beautiful thick people out there, it does give you a pretty hourglass figure if you want that, it would be something you would need to wear a bit tighter and I don't recommend wearing ANYTHING that hurts or makes you uncomfortable, I just wanted to put that out there.I have not tried this under my shirt, I will be doing so soon and I will put a specific update on this review, because it's important for me, so maybe someone else might want that info before they buy.YES it DOES say this in the instructions, but this is hand wash only, no soap or other chemicals (to be perfectly honest, I'll probably just spot clean if needed, I work with raw meat so if I get something gross on it, spot clean is going to be the way to go.)I have really, really bad lower back pain 100% of the time because of arthritis. 2 minutes after putting the brace on, I was already feeling relief. That's a really good sign for me.I don't know if this part will be of any use, but this brace is also really easy to put on someone else if they are not able to do it themselves. It doesn't shift a bunch as you are moving and the overall design just makes it extremely easy to take on and off, I figured I would add that in there just in case.Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars, I've already told my husband that he needs one, as well as my brother and father (yes, bad backs run in the family)If you are looking for a quality product at what I consider to be a great price, I really do highly recommend this back brace.

Solide et très efficace…je le recommande.

Initially good support and comfort. After about 12 wears the pockets that hold the nylon and aluminum supports are frayed at the ends and they fall out. Have lost one already, and need to keep putting others back in. Unfortunate as the brace does provide good support.
