Simply Organic Original Umami Blend, Organic, 3.14 Ounce

This stuff tastes amazing, and makes everything we have put on it taste absolutely wonderful! Fantastic in beef bone broth or as a seasoning in soup, on ground beef, in an omelet, on bacon, pork, whatever! Just bought the 2 pack cause we love it so much!

Really good seasoning. Very tasty on food

Delicious. I love adding this when making a quick and simple soup, as I do several times a week. This Umami blend adds a richer taste and an extra feeling of warmth. A little goes a long way.

The flavor of this seasoning is good and you only need a little. Keep in mind it does contain salt in the ingredients. So I really like how it added such a lovely flavor to all kinds of foods. What I did not like was that when shaking the seasoning out of the bottle, it tends to clump and slow down in the bottle. Then I have to either shake the bottle or tap the bottom of the jar on the countertop. I don't want to break the bottle, so shaking is the better choice. While I liked the flavor, I think I would prefer less salt and more mushroom.

It is excellent seasoning I used for first time making agedashi tofu a Japanese friend said she orders in Japanese restaurants. She moved out of state and flew back to visit and we invited another local Japanese friend of ours. I made lunch for them of agedashi tofu and a pasta vegetable dish they enjoyed. Umami seasoning was also in the pasta dish. I’m glad Umami seasoning gave high grade approval from my Japanese friends. I like dry seasoning better to use than liquid for me to control concentration in taste. I made agedashi tofu since then four more times for another Japanese friend who lectures in a monthly zoom Japanese meeting who comes to my house using my WiFi better than hers. I make agedashi lunch for her, too and she said very good. It’s the Umami seasoning. Attached photos.

This is delightful!

Its gotta kind of salty spicy flavor... I love it in hamburgers or even on my steak... I use less salt with this and keeps my sodium intake low
