06.17.25 Update: Increased to four stars: the smaller size worked, it has yet to slip off during rolls. I convince it to stay on by wrapping tape once or twice at the base of the fingers, which I can wrap super tight without cutting off circulation since the sleeve is there. No holes in it yet, and it has reduced the amount of tape I use each class. It also allows for greater flexibility than straight tape. Great customer service from the owner. 05.23.25 Update: The business owner sent me a smaller size to try out; I will use it at training and update my review accordingly. --- I wanted to like this thing. I have been buddy taping these two fingers for 12 years due to a rugby-related loose ligament. Taping the fingers was fine for rugby but less effective for jiu jitsu due to the need for strong, constant grips. The sleeve seemed like a good choice and a way to save on tape and retain flexibility. It slipped off during the first training session so I reinforced it with tape, which kind of defeats the purpose (1st photo). Also, the XL is too short for long fingers. It wore a hole in itself by the fourth training session (2nd photo). Find something more durable.

This works great. As an amateur I had my fingers stripped on a gi move and I was injured for a couple months. This allowed me to keep training. They slip off as you work so they aren’t perfect but they can protect you

It works for swelling. Wished they had a bigger size

Cumple con su función, que es cuidar un poco los dedos, más si duelen un poco por algún golpe que hayas tenido- Recomiendo que compren una talla menor a la que les marque la guía de tallas para que les quede más ajustado, ya que me quedo un poco más grande y tengo que estar ajustándolo para que no se me caiga.

I’ve suffered for a long time with joint pain between my pointer and middle fingers on my right hand. I recently had my first cortisone shot and it didn’t fix the pain. My doctor wanted me to use the buddy finger wraps but they were annoying and they were constantly coming undone when I’d try to use my hands. I thought I’d try this and it is amazing. I make sure to wear it every night and throughout the day when I’m not knitting, writing or washing things. I’ve ran it through the washing machine twice and it’s held up well. However, I’ll probably buy it again just to have two on hand.

Definitely helps my fingers avoid some of the chronic issues I’ve had in the past. Saves me time and money from having to buy tape. Over noticed it isn’t a 100% replacement for tape but it’s pretty close. Good enough if you want to spare your fingers a lot of wear and tear. Don’t inhibit gripping.

These have saved my finger after a bad sprain/break. I don't tape anymore, i just use this and they are very comfy and don't come off.

Ordered and tried for BJJ, not as flexible as the finger tapes.
