These band are made very well, i'm very confident they wont tear during use as you can feel straight away they are high quality and are very strong. The handles and other tools make the variety of exercises you can do with these vast, hitting every muscle group effectively. The variations of resistances is also very good as you can go from very light to very heavy allowing for a full range of pumping capabilities.Safe to say that I have saved a lot of money buying these instead of a gym membership!10/10 would recommend

I have used other brands similar to this product but this is far superior in design and finish. The exercises are easier to manage particularly when you get older and are less flexible. There is less stress on the joints as the exercise action is smooth and easier to do but continues to allow all muscle groups to be used. Excellent.

I liked the different weights shown as colours, so easy to find. I like the handle, very comfortable. I liked the different attachments to use on the door, and ones for using legs. I like that it comes in a small bag. I like the easy to use metal clips that attach it to cable's.

Decent and not cheap. I’d recommend these. I’m one tough mother though so some tougher bands would be ideal but perfect if you’re just Mr. Mediocre. But then you’ll like them I’m sure.
