It does the job! Got on Amazon to order this because the jewelers that I bought a bracelet from gave me a thin cheap cardboard box. I was super disappointed but didn't have the courage to tell them. When I got this item, I was super pleased about how it looked and performed. I would definitely recommend this.

Wonderful quality -- highly recommended
I purchased the rectangle-shaped bracelet box and am very pleased with it. The quality is exceptional, and each one is packaged beautifully. These types of black boxes pick up lint and dust so easily, it's hard to keep them looking nice, but the plastic wrap on each one does a great job of keeping them clean. The box is gorgeous. It has a sturdy, strong hinge, the box is fairly deep, the elastic bands are well-secured, and everything appears very well made. Another common issue with these types of boxes is that the glue often quickly breaks down and becomes brittle, causing the velvet lining to come off. None of the boxes I received have that problem, though. All in all these were a great buy at a fair price and I definitely will be buying more.

Exactly as pictured, and exactly what I expected. The box DOES have a hinged lid, so Idk what that other review is talking about saying it just pops off.Seems sturdy, nice velvet. Would purchase again if I had another bracelet to give away.

Well made ring box!
Very nice little ring box. Feels soft and velvety. Snaps open and closed well. Edges of the box line up well after being opened and closed. Material seems to be glued down well. Defiantly worth what I paid and much nicer than the box that came with the ring I had bought.
