We purchased these pieces to be used specifically for one, after-wedding meal of light charcuterie items. However the vacation home we rented for the occasion didn't have enough everyday silverware for all our other meals so we ended up washing and re-using this set for at least 5 meals. They held up fabulously! The metallic ends can be unscrewed from the faux-bamboo handles so if you want to paint the handles a custom color, you could. No complaints, only good things to say about this product. The weight is substantial and the knives DO cut well. Would definitely buy again.

Quite possibly the worst purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon . These disposable utensils should be banned from sale. I had a company dinner party last night and out of 12 people, 10 broke their utensils while trying to eat their meal. We had salmon, not any sort of tough steak. The part connection where the gold part screws into the white handle is super thin and brittle. You can’t even eat a salad with these without them snapping.What makes it WORSE is that the you’ve got little chunks of white plastic mixed in with your food.Absolutely awful.

When I opened the box for these utensils I was WOWED!!! They were so pretty and elegant. The color was very vibrant and there were no defects. Now is the true test. We had steak for the meal and the knife cut right through (kudos to the chef). No issues with the utensils breaking during the meal. A very nice touch to the place setting!!

Do not buy these flimsy and horribly cheap utensils or suffer embarrassment and frustration when they snap just eating vegetables or chopped meat !May as well use your fingers. Chopsticks are more sturdy !Rip off - I fell for it and lost money and respect as a hostess

These utensils are not sturdy, they break easily between the gold and white connection, do not bother purchasing them. I had to bring out regular utensils during our Christmas Eve dinner because the utensils kept breaking while our guests where having dinner, so embarrassing.

I had about 35 quests & this flatware, though very attractive, fell apart for so many of my guests! It was rather embarrassing… the baby shower was so very special and so beautiful held in a barn setting… touches of gold combined with a woodland theme… the flatware just was disappointing. Wish I could have returned, but it was all used.

We used it for a house wedding. It was pretty, cute, and perfect for the event. At the end of the dinner, I found that some of them were broken, though. Maybe some of our guests were too strong or some of these are not strong enough. It is recommended to prepare extras in case you will have same situation.

These look really nice the only thing is the handles screw on and off and a lot of them came unscrewed when my guests were eating. You can screw them back on but kind of a hassle not really sure the point of that but they look fancy
