I have many wonderful bread baking tools, but could not resist buying the PRYNEX Bread Proofing Basket Set with Accessories. I received it today and the quality is very good. The oval bread proofing basket if small, but it is a great additional to the proofing baskets I already have.I highly recommend giving this as a gift to a baker! Go to other sites and see how much these tools would be individually. Once gain, the price is terrific.

This banneton set is great! I used the round proofing basket after following directions to wet it before first use, let it dry, and then floured it generously. The loaf dropped out easily without catching and baked in a beautiful shape. The flour was a bit of a pain to clean out of the rattan material but that’s to be expected and the included brush made it much easier. My only qualm is that the lame blade isn’t as sharp as I would’ve liked and made scoring difficult. I might have been better off with a kitchen knife so that it was less sloppy.

Wonderful value for money. A great set definitely worth it. The baskets are very sturdy and well made. Sure a great addition to my baking collection. So happy with my purchase highly recommend for new bread bakers!!

I don't know if the liners are exactly what the doctor ordered, but it is a nice set, and I've made about 5 loaves using them. I really wanted both a circular one and oblong, so the combo was great! Leaves nice rib lines on the loaf. the brush is really nice for cleanup too.

I love this kit. The baskets were the perfect size for me to proof and shape my sourdough bread, and the oblong ‘bloomer’ loaf. The bench scraper and bowl scrapers are good quality and absolutely handy. Great value.

Love these products. Knife was a bit confusing but got the blade on easy enough. Great quality products and I am very happy with them all.
