For me they have absolutely nailed the balance. I started off with small amounts on cheddar to acclimatise and I'm boshing it in serious amounts on pretty much everything now. Makes my scalp tingle and mouth water like a fountain as soon as I eat it which is hilarious. Absolutely love it and a cupboard staple forever.
