Got this cd for my hunny for his birthday an he lives the music

If you remember the l950s fondly, with all the fabulous music we were listening to back then, You have got to have this CD. I spent many hours following my older sister around and listening to her 45s on her phonograph. Fats Domino taught me to love his voice and piano, and I still do. My sister is 80 now, and I'm 70, But Fats Domino makes me happy and young again.

Fat's called what he did Rock n and Rolling the keys. It is where the term came from. Arguably the first rock 'n roller. The first one with a big hit. The Fat Man. Not on this DVD. :-(

Yes, there are 50 songs. Yes, there are 2 CDs. Yes, these are the "Greatest Hits" (and that is a lot of 'em if you think about it). The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is that the sound quality could be a little better, but that is no big deal, actually. We're not talking a symphony orchestra here.I am pleased with this purchase and play the 2 CDs quite a bit.

This was my era, the 1950's and early 60's. When driving down the road and listening to this music I'm back in the 50's. Fats is one of my all time favorites.

I've always loved Fats Domino. When I found his Greatest Hits CD on Amazon I ordered it immediately. If you love Rock and roll, New Orleans rhythm and blues and boogie-woogie you will love this Fats Domino Greatest Hits CD.

Da ich ein absoluter Fats Domino Fan bin, hat mir diese CD noch in meiner Sammlung gefehlt. Es sind zwar die gleichen Titel drauf, wie auch auf den anderen, aber das gehört dazu. Mittlerweile habe ich 35 Cd's von ihm und ich höre sie mir immer noch an. Diese CD kann ich nur empfehlen.

I was concerned that I wouldn't receive a "new" CD but I did. Just what I wanted and great service.
