if your rib cage is 35 inches
Just provides some comfort for the little time i do wear it , i cracked my rib cage flying off my steps one rainy morning . Sought out comfort with wide ace bandages and they felt pretty good so I explored this wrap PER REVIEWS and it is so so . I say so so only because of the size . if your rib cage is 35 " in diameter do not get the 44" wrap . It streches so far, (over 74") their is overhang of the velcro . go a step down . It gives some relief but not the shout out reviews some left .

It will help if you have fractured or bruised ribs
I had fractured two ribs and bruised three ribs on my left side and I had cracked one rib on my right side. While I was in the emergency room I was told that they did not put any type of support on the ribs because of the fear of pneumonia. I got this did not put it on very tight but it did help me breathe without pain from my ribs. It is a very good product.

Works well
I bought this because I pulled a very large rib muscle and needed to stabilize it so it could heal. This worked great! Very easy to use and adjust.

Smallest size was too long
Good quality but way too long. (I got the smallest size and still had to return it.)

Comfortable and Supportive
I bought this due to having pain in my left ribs. I am a small size 8 and chose the S/M size which wrapped around very nicely and thanks to the velcro I could make it fit perfectly, it would equally fit someone bigger than me as it is very easy to adjust to your size. I wore it all day under my normal clothes and can honestly say it made me feel much more comfortable, in fact after 2 days I forgot about the pain and didn’t need to wear it again until I over stretched myself while decorating. I would recommend anyone with pain around the mid section to give this a try.

answer to painful ribs
After thoracic surgery suffered on going rib pain. This rib support is exactly what I needed. Very comfortable and can adjust to suit.
