Very impressed
I am very impressed with these drops.I have only recently started using vitamin K in the hope it may help reduce atherosclerosis plaque build up and also to help counteract the increased levels of calcium absorption from high dose vitamin D.I have tried a few different brands that had K2 mixed with other vitamins like D. They didn’t taste as good and each dose contained a lot more liquid. The smaller amount needed with this one means a bottle contains more doses so it lasts a lot longer. When you work out the cost of each dose it’s very good value for money. The K2 comes in the MK7 form which research shows is the more potent bioavailable form of the vitamin so if your comparing it to other brands check if they are MK7, MK4 or regular K1.As I mentioned, it doesn’t come loaded with other vitamins or minerals so If like me you buy your supplements separately so you can vary your dose depending on how you feel or the time of the year (vitamin D) then this is a good way to get a standardised dose of vitamin K in a bioavailable form.It tastes a bit bitter from the olive oil but as it’s a fat soluble vitamin it works best in a carrier oil and olive is much better than a ‘seed’ derived oil. . ten drops is a very small amount so it’s not too over powering and doesn’t fill up your mouth. The organic olive oil finely coats the inside of your mouth for ‘mucosal absorption’. It’s best to try and hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds or so as it then goes into your bloodstream and bypasses your stomach altogether. There are large veins on the underside of your tongue that are covered by a very thin layer of skin so apparently it’s a very good way to get small doses of potent drugs and supplements into your blood system especially if they are easily broken down by stomach acid (as K2 allegedly is). A full dose of this is 10 drops which is actually a very small amount of liquid so is extremely easy to ‘hold’ under your tongue.Your not going to notice any miraculous overnight effects from this but vitamin K helps move calcium into bones and out of your blood so hopefully helps reduce the amount available to building up in your arteries, kidneys etc.. It is important to take it if you supplement with vitamin D as D increases your ability to absorb calcium from food. You should also check what’s in your other vitamins and supplements as many of them contain dicalcium phosphate as a filler and in quite large amounts too. A few supplements with it in can easily throw the amount of calcium your consuming into many grams that could in theory cause hypercalcemia when taken with vitamin D. If you do take vitamin D you shouldn’t really need any calcium supplements at all and vitamin K will help to move calcium (and phosphate for that matter) that is absorbed from your diet into bones. There’s a lot of studies showing how effective K is on many body functions including blood clotting and while it is known as an antidote for poisoning with blood thinners (rat poison) its effect on blood clotting is not a direct action so you don’t need to worry about it causing clots, it’s something to look into though if you are on blood thinners as it may interact and block their effects.Like any supplement you should always do your research first as many supplements we take for granted have very potent effects on the body and can react with prescribed meds.I researched the company as there are so many small businesses now that buy their products as bulk powder from Chinese chemical manufactures which they put in generic packaging or capsules, slap a label on them and put them on Amazon. While they have certificates of purity I’m a bit wary of these products because of quality control concerns so I prefer to pay a bit extra to use a company with a good reputable history. This is a long standing company from Germany that follow stringent EU standards. I believe they are pretty trustworthy and not a fly by CBC night outfit.I am looking at getting some of their other products too as the quality of the K2 drops and the bottle dispenser is good quality and I do trust them.I have actually signed up for the repeat order option with this product (for the first time ever!) as I’m so satisfied with it.I hope the review helps you make up your mind one way or another, if so please hit the helpful button so I know someone ifs reading them and it’s worth the time to write them!

Liquid's fine but the bottle tops are a nightmare though
The liquid is fine. I add it to homemade kefir and I don't taste the oil. The bottle it comes in is fine. However, the cap for the bottle is appalling. You can screw it down and it unscrews itself slightly (probably it's the oil which causes that although I've had other brands which don't do it) but it does mean if the bottle gets knocked over it's likely to leak. Also, after about a month the rubber bulb that holds the glass pipette became extremely worn and fell out of the plastic lid. Fortunately, I had a much better quality pipette cap in my stash which fit the bottle neck and was able to replace it. I've also had to do that with a bottle of Vitamaze's Vitamin A drops too.To anyone who receives their bottle in winter:- olive oil (and some other oils) can start to solidify in cold weather. Placing the bottle in warm (not boiling) water for a while allows the oil to return to it's clear state.I'm just about to order another bottle of this. Hopefully, Vitamaze will eventually take note of the poor quality of their pipette bottle tops and replace them with better quality ones.

Easy K2 to dose for all the family!
The media could not be loaded. Chose this brand as it's "All Trans Mk-7"Love that it has a "dropper" to apply an exact dose.Easy to use mild to no flavour for all the family.A must if you also use D3.

Convenient
This is so convenient to dispense exactly the dose required. 9 drops instead of the suggested 10 gives exactly the 180mcg I want.

Vitamin K2 drops
It remains to be seen how effective these drops are health wise, but they do taste extremely bitter so I would not purchase them again for that reason.

Easy way to take vit K2 which is essential to take if supplementing also with Vit D3
These are easy to use - liquid is absorbed more quickly into theBloodstream than capsules. I take these along with vit D3, and the K2 then makes sure the D3 gets to the bones where you want it togo rather than to the arteries. You may wish to research this yourself but this is what my own research has revealed.

Strong taste but great quality
I have been using this for a few months now along with vitamin D (after doing much research which concluded vitamin D is best absorbed with vitamin K). As much as the taste is a bit pungent, it quickly goes away after you swallow so it’s not too bad. I take 5 drops instead of 10 which seems to work fine for me. Price is a bit on the higher side but a bottle should last a good 4 months or so and therefore it’s worth it in my opinion.
